If you want to change the options for a particular item (e.g. select a different scent, specify different wording for a greeting card, or different shipping instructions), the easiest way is to click on the item's  Code , add a new item with the changes, and then return to your Shopping Basket  to the item with the incorrect options. This procedure won't work if the item in your basket was the last one in inventory. In that case you will have to first it from your shopping basket, and then find the item in our store to add it back with the changes.
